Can't connect?

On Xbox, PlayStation or Switch?
Consoles don't let you add your own servers. Play from a phone or Windows with the same Microsoft account, or use a server-list workaround for your console.
Wrong version?
Use a recent Java version (the newest is best), and keep Bedrock up to date.
Still stuck?
Check you pasted the address for your edition, and for Bedrock the port 26262. Then email us and say what you see.
